The 530 is a garrett 2554 ball bearing turbo while the gt600 runs a garrett 2560. At 588rwhp, based upon the turbo maps, I don't think I have a lot more power to pick up. I believe that with TDM 2.5" intercooler piping kit (and maybe Ash's massives) I could get to the 610-625rwhp (especially in cooler weather). My spool comes on early and violently, by 4100rpm I am close to full boost and pulls like a frieght train to redline. I started fabbing my kit based on a writeup on here from Hakentt (I think he had some issues on here, but that was before my ttnet time). I believe you can now piece together most of the kit without having to do to much fabricating, which the cost of fabbing your own kit is a savings of maybe $500-700. I also followed Ash's writeup on adjusting my wastegate rod and flapper. I liked doing my own kit cause I was able to purchase the GT2560R - 466541- 4, which the turbine housing is cast from high-nickel "Ni-Resist" metal and the turbine wheel is cast from Inconel material (the 466541-1, which most kits are made from, does not) which allows for more abuse and higher boost pressures.
